A note on travel
Home inspection services are available in the State of Missouri. A travel charge may apply.
Sorry, we do not service Illinois.
Everything on this site is on the Missouri side of the river.
Not sure if you are in range?
Just ask. If you are anywhere in St. Louis County, St. Charles County, or the City of St. Louis, you are covered. If a job is a little outside the usual area Roy will tell you straight rather than leave you waiting.
A few notes on how the seasons work here:
- Lawn mowing runs on a regular schedule through the growing season — worth getting on the list in spring.
- Snow removal is residential and seasonal. Get on before the first real snow, because the list fills.
- Washing, cart cleaning and resealing happen through the warmer months.
- Home, deck and multifamily inspections are worth doing before you buy, before you sell, and every spring on a deck you already own.
- Photo, video and drone work is booked around a listing date, so call as soon as you know it.
