Services

Everything a property needs, from one person.

You do not have to hire four different companies and hope they all show up. Here is the full list, grouped the way Roy groups it, with what each one covers and who it is for.

The five he is called about most.

Most calls start with one of these. Yard work and pressure washing are the two that bring people in, with the home and wood deck inspections right behind them. Everything else Roy handles is listed in full below.

A manicured lawn with clean diagonal mowing stripes in front of a brick house01Yard WorkMowing, trimming, edging, seasonal cleanup and garden tilling — on a schedule, or a one-time call.
A pressure washer cleaning the concrete apron in front of an open garage, the cleaned concrete standing out against the uncleaned area02Pressure WashConcrete drives, walks and patios pressure washed; siding, fences and decks soft washed, at the pressure the surface can take.
A weathered wood deck where the rim joist below the siding shows dark water stains and green algae03Home & Wood Deck InspectionsThe house roof to foundation, and a deck checked at the ledger, the footings and the fasteners — the places decks actually fail.
A snow blower clearing snow from a residential driveway, throwing snow off to the side with a cleared path behind it04Residential Driveway Snow RemovalDriveways, walks and steps cleared after a snow, so you can get out of the drive in the morning.
A residential asphalt driveway being resealed, the fresh dark sealant standing out sharply against the older gray asphalt05Residential Driveway Seal RecoatingAsphalt cleaned and resealed, so water stays out of the surface and the drive stops crumbling through the freeze and thaw.

One thing at a time

Not every job needs the whole list.

Plenty of customers start with one thing — a deck looked at before the summer, or the yard handled through the growing season — and add on later when they see how it goes. Tell me what you need and leave the rest.

Snow removal is seasonal and lawn mowing runs on a schedule, so both are worth getting on the list before the season starts.
